Puppy Tutoring $125 (discounts w/ packages)

45-minute sessions focused on socialization, potty training, mouthing, recall, and basic manners.

  • Must be 6 months of age or younger.
  • Starting before bringing your puppy home is highly encouraged!
  • $450 for package of four; all packages include include unlimited texting, email, and calls with trainer in between sessions

For add-on dogs, please discuss options with trainer. 

Initial Assessment $175

90-minute in-person session assessing needs and starting training. Thorough follow up email with training plan and how-to videos included.

  • All dogs 7 months of age or older start here for training services.
  • You can opt to only do the initial session or decide with the trainer what follow up services you would like to add afterward.
  • Moderate to severe separation anxiety and some bite cases may be referred out to other specialists as needed.
In-home Follow Up Training $150 (discounts w/ packages)

60-minute sessions scheduled at your home or in the community where training is needed most.

  • Can cover anything from leash manners to difficulty with nail trimming to aggression.
  • $550 for package of 4; all packages include include unlimited texting, email, and calls with trainer in between sessions
Day Training $75

30-45 minute sessions with our certified trainer to learn new skills and work on more challenging behavior problems.

  • Must be scheduled with periodic in-home follow up training sessions to transfer skills
  • Great for learning basic training skills like leash walking, stay, drop it/ leave it on walks, and more advanced skills. Also excellent for help with reactivity, anxiety, or some aggression.
  • Length of day training is based on the needs of the dog, like energy level, ability to focus, and enjoyment. On weather advisory days, some training can be brought inside so you don’t miss out on valuable learning time.
Training Walks $35

30-45 minute sessions with our certified trainer or an experienced walker under the trainer’s supervision to practice known skills.

  • Great for brushing up on leash manners, basic skills like sitting at road crossings, or heeling through crowded areas.
  • Can also focus on enrichment for dogs who just need more to do.
  • Length of training walk is based on the needs of the dog, like energy level, ability to focus, and enjoyment. On weather advisory days, some training can be brought inside so you don’t miss out on valuable learning time.

Nikki Moore, CPDT-KA

Nikki Moore is a Certified Professional Dog Trainer (CPDT-KA) that uses positive, reward-based techniques. Nikki’s passion is helping people and dogs learn to work together as a team so they can communicate effectively and enjoy a fulfilling relationship.

Nikki started working professionally with animals in 2004 in an emergency veterinary hospital. Since 2004, she’s worked in veterinary, kennels, and rescue, but found that she loved behavior and training most because it has such a profound effect on the quality of life for people and dogs.

When searching for someone local who offers in-home private training, our top priority was finding someone who uses positive reinforcement and who would really help us understand and communicate with our dog better… Nikki has gone above and beyond to help us fully understand our dog’s behavior. Nikki is very knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and completely invested in helping us succeed.
